Job summary

Sandoz Poland is seeking a marketing professional to develop brand strategies and lead promotional campaigns. This role covers planning, launches, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Trade to ensure consistent execution.

The position requires a university degree and minimum 4 years in marketing, with English and Polish fluency. The work mode is hybrid in Warsaw, with on-site days minimum two.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in a marketing independent role, pharma/healthcare preferred.
  • At least 1 year managing brands and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing plans driving results.
  • Strong brand management understanding and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Build brand strategies and positioning aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns for assigned brands.
  • Support planning and launches of new products.
  • Monitor brand performance, KPIs, and market trends.

  • Lead development and rollout of promotional materials across channels.
  • Coordinate external partners and manage the A&P budget.

Job description

Build brand strategies and positioning in line with business objectives, market trends and portfolio need.

Develop and implement execution phase: promotional campaigns for assigned brands.

Support planning and execution of new product launches.

Monitor brand performance, market trends and KPIs, proposing adjustments to tactics where needed.

Translate market, customer and competitive insights into meaningful and effective marketing initiatives.

Lead development, approval and rollout of promotional materials across channels, ensuring consistency, compliance and procedures accuracy.

Coordinate external partners, in line with internal standards and processes.

Manage assigned A&P budget and support P&L optimization.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Trade and other key stakeholders.

Conduct field visits to assess quality of execution and gather customer insights.

Support and contribute to Field Force training and brand‑related communication.

Build effective internal relationships to ensure alignment and strong execution.

Our Requirements

University degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field).

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing independent role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

At least 1 year of experience managing assigned brand(s) and delivering marketing campaigns.

Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing plans that drive business results.

Good understanding of brand management and marketing principles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally.

A proactive, hands‑on approach and ability to work independently.

Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation isdeterminedby job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform ourrangeplacement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
