MSD Poland is seeking a Vaccine Customer Specialist to promote our vaccines portfolio across multiple Polish regions. You will build strong relationships with Health Care Professionals and deliver sales against targets in your territory.

The role combines scientific engagement with strategic territory planning, cross-functional collaboration, and compliant, ethical conduct. A life science or business degree, plus at least two years in pharma Rx, and fluent English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Min 2 years in pharmaceutical Rx business.
• University degree (life science or business).
• Fluent English
• Strong scientific profile; able to discuss data and arguments
• Excellent communication skills
• Driving license (B)
• Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel
• Customer focus and relationship-building
• Able to work autonomously in the field
• Willingness to keep learning

Aufgaben

• Plan activities within the allocated territory to meet sales objectives while complying with procedures and ethics.
• Manage professional interactions with targeted customers to be meaningful and scientifically valuable.
• Provide product information aligned with marketing strategy and supporting messages across channels (Omnichannel).
• Capture call activities and notes in the CRM; handle expenses and adverse event reports.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination knowledge to engage HCPs and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Maintain company assets (car, computer, phone, materials).
