Job summary

Andersen is seeking a UX Designer with German for a project on accessible digital interfaces and a scalable design system. You will create UI components, high-fidelity prototypes, and style guides while enhancing the Nova Design System across platforms.

The role focuses on user research, personas, journey maps, and usability testing to deliver consistent, accessible experiences for a large infrastructure organization in Poland.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX design experience.
• Degree in HCI/Design and related certification.
• Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking or Usability Testing.
• Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher; German: Upper-Intermediate+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• Preparing user research reports with insights and recommendations.
• Creating user personas and journey maps.
• Developing wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Preparing final UI designs and design system documentation.
• Conducting usability testing and iterative design improvements.
• Developing accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.
