Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a UX Designer to create high-quality design solutions and engaging user experiences for diverse clients. You will map user flows, define information architecture, and develop wireframes and interfaces, ensuring consistency with project standards and design systems.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of commercial UX projects.
• Understanding of design processes tailored to user and client needs.
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• AI-first mindset and active use of AI in design workflows, ideation, and output.
• Good written and spoken English at minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and extreme attention to detail.

Scope of services:

• Create high-quality design solutions and user experiences.
• Map user flows, define information architecture, and design wireframes and interfaces.
• Maintain consistency with project requirements, standards, and product design systems.
• Participate in research and identify improvements based on user feedback and metrics.
• Optimise products using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Work in an end-to-end digital process and visualise ideas for stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and international multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.

Cooperation terms:

• B2B cooperation for independent contractors, delivered remotely.
• Commercial range of 15,000–20,000 PLN net plus VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope, and availability.
• Work in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment with access to required project tools and systems.
• Cooperation is based on agreed project outcomes, delivery quality, and clear communication.
