nove8 is a young tech company crafting mobile apps from pet care to lifestyle. We build meaningful digital experiences and value teamwork. We’re seeking a Motion Designer who creates performance-driven creatives for marketing ads and collaborates with UA and marketing teams to test, iterate, and scale.

You’ll work in a fast-paced creative environment, producing engaging motion graphics and adapting content for multiple platforms while ensuring brand coherence and high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with mobile/web products.
• Perf marketing content focus.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Portfolio of completed projects.
• Understanding of editing and animation basics.
• Knowledge of AE plugins.
• English level: B1 minimum.

Responsabilités

• Creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
• Iterating on creatives based on performance feedback.
• Adapting motion creatives for different ad formats and platforms (Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, etc).
• Working closely with a creative marketing manager to ensure visuals and messages are cohesive.
• Following industry best practices for file optimization, compression, and rendering for efficient delivery.
• Providing input and creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
