Job summary

CloudPay is seeking a UK Payroll Specialist to join our expanding payroll team. You will process accurate UK payrolls for multinational clients, support Payroll Associates, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and high standards of payroll excellence, with a focus on compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK end-to-end payroll processing and statutory rules.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and email platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail in payroll data and outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls and prioritize workload.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple UK payrolls accurately and on time per client requirements.
• Provide support to Payroll Associates and act as SME on payroll topics.
• Review payroll input/output data for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct errors before final processing.
• Respond to payroll queries via ticketing and email systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and contribute to solutions.
• Backup senior payroll teammates to ensure continuity of service.
