Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in mobile gaming or performance creative, with strong instincts for short-form video, formats, and AI-assisted workflows. The role emphasizes experimentation and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in mobile games, performance creative or related field.
• Strong understanding of mobile UA creative and performance advertising.
• Excellent intuition for hooks, pacing and storytelling in short-form video.
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret creative performance data.
• Ability to turn insights into clear creative hypotheses and briefs.
• Curiosity about games, advertising and internet culture.

Responsibilities

• Own UA creative direction with a pipeline of new video ad concepts.
• Research trends across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google and others.
• Write production-ready briefs, scripts and reference materials.
• Provide strong direction to editors, designers and external partners.
• Build a modern creative testing machine with performance signals.
• Leverage AI tools to prototype ideas and generate variations.
• Brief external agencies and manage vendor relationships.
• Understand formats and apply the right format for the idea.
