Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Tunnelling Construction Manager for the AP1000 Poland Project, based in Lubiatowo. You will lead end‑to‑end tunnelling and shaft delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with nuclear standards and project scheduling.

Requires 13–15 years in civil construction, strong leadership, and experience coordinating marine works, diaphragm walls, and D&B interfaces. Degree required; international assignment may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17+ years in construction/engineering.
• Experience supervising tunnelling projects and complex shafts.

Responsibilities

• Lead tunnelling and shaft engineering deliverables, ensuring fit-for-purpose design.
• Review design outputs: GBRs, DBRs, calculations, temporary works, TBM logistics.
• Manage interfaces with marine works and diaphragm walls; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain Level 3 tunnelling schedule and execution logic.
• Oversee procurement interfaces and contractor audits for underground works.
