Amentum is seeking a Client-Side Construction Manager to represent the Owner on a major nuclear construction project in Poland. The role oversees EPC contractors, coordinates with engineering, licensing and procurement, and ensures compliance with Polish nuclear regulations and international best practices.

On-site in Pomerania with a strong safety culture. Candidates should have 15–20 years in nuclear or similarly regulated industries, a civil/mechanical/nuclear engineering degree, and fluent

Qualifikationen

• Experience in nuclear construction projects and QA/QC oversight.
• 15–20 years in nuclear/new-build or regulated power projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Oversee EPC/contractor performance adhering to specifications and nuclear safety requirements.
• Develop and manage a workforce plan based on project demand.
• Coordinate regulatory interfaces with Polish regulators and authorities.
• Support QA/QC oversight programs and audit results.
• Identify schedule, cost, and technical risks and lead mitigation.
• Validate contractor schedules and ensure transparent reporting.
• Monitor contract compliance and change management processes.
• Uphold a strong nuclear safety culture on site.
• Provide clear, evidence-based reporting to senior leadership.
