Job summary

Bechtel, a global engineering and construction leader, seeks a Subcontract Management professional to lead preparation and administration of subcontracts for major EPC projects in Poland. You will manage bid packages, ensure contractual compliance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful contracting outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of experience in contract formation/management, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in formation and/or management of different contract types, fee arrangements and contract terms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule and the Standard Work Process Procedures for Subcontract Management.
• Manages subcontracts, tracking progress and informing management of financial or technical difficulties.
• Coordinates with staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations and subcontract performance.
• Negotiates and resolves small-to-moderate contract changes.
• Leads pre-bid, bid clarification, and pre-award meetings to ensure mutual understanding of terms.
• Receives, evaluates, and reports on bids; prepares Commercial Bid Summary.
