SQUAD in Wroclaw is seeking a proactive Trials Manager to lead product testing and validation across development stages. You will establish robust QA processes, align cross-functional teams, and drive products from concept to release to ensure reliability.

The role requires strong organizational skills, English proficiency for international collaboration, and hands-on experience with certification workflows.

Qualifications

• Advanced English for daily collaboration with the international team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification testing for connected products throughout development stages
• Participate in project meetings to discuss certification progress and trial outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and external certification teams to align on requirements and resolve integration issues
• Report on certification status compared to expected milestones and timelines
• Create, update, and maintain certification documentation and trial records
• Follow certification program guidelines and trademark usage standards
• Identify, analyze, and document certification failures with reproduction steps and expected behavior
• Analyze trial results and provide recommendations for improving product integration quality
• Ensure products meet certification requirements before badge approval and skill publishing
• Research certification requirements and best practices to enhance the certification process.
