Job summary

Dev.Pro in Wroclaw is seeking an Intermediate Test Engineer to join our Manual QA team. This is a fully office-based role requiring daily attendance in our testing lab in Wroclaw, Poland.

You will help ensure the quality of our POS platform used by retail and hospitality clients worldwide. You’ll test across web, Windows, Android, and iOS, perform REST API tests with Postman, create and maintain test cases, and collaborate with US and European stakeholders to ensure reliable software and

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications.
• Practical experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation.
• Strong understanding of defect management, bug life cycle, and bug types.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.
• Intermediate+ English level for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset and experience working closely with in-office, cross-functional teams.
• Availability to work on-site in Wroclaw on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
• Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations.
• Test POS hardware and peripherals, including terminals, scanners, printers, and other connected devices.
• Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the entire SDLC.
