SQUAD Ukraine Limited is seeking a highly organized Trials Manager to lead testing and validation across development stages, establishing robust QA processes and aligning cross-functional teams to drive products from concept to release.

You will coordinate certification testing, report milestones, and maintain trial records while collaborating with engineering, product, QA, and external teams. Advanced English and 2+ years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven program or project management experience driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Solid understanding of the product launch lifecycle from concepts to mass production.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets and Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Accountability, proactive mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document processes and certification requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of the complete product launch lifecycle, from early prototypes to mass production
• Proficiency with modern reporting and analytics tools, including Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive mindset and a collaborative team spirit
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize effectively, manage time, and keep complex projects on track
• Analytical problem-solving skills and confidence in making well-informed decisions under dynamic conditions
• High level of accountability, self-organization, and dedication to achieving high-quality results
• Critical thinking ability to evaluate challenges objectively and deliver pragmatic solutions

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or Operations Management
• Recognized industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Hands-on experience bringing hardware or electronics projects successfully into production
• 3+ years in a similar role within consumer electronics, smart home technologies, or subscription services
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong business acumen and stress resilience in fast-paced environments
