Job summary

SQUAD is seeking a Trials Manager to lead end-to-end product testing and validation across closed tester communities. You will ensure products meet quality standards, collect real-world performance metrics, and deliver insights to development teams to decide readiness for mass production.

The role requires strong English, 3+ years in project management within testing lifecycles, and expertise with Jira/Confluence. Expect collaboration across teams and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required.
• 3+ years in program or project management in product validation/testing lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage feedback loops and communicate with tester communities.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets and Excel.
• Understanding of product launch stages from prototype to mass production.
• Strong communication, proactivity, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the tester community.
• Assist with product testing within the tester community.
• Create project and user documentation for product testing.
• Report feedback from testing participants.
• Participate in project meetings and discuss task progress.
• Optimize testing scenarios for execution by the tester community.
• Follow data management policies and data security standards.
