Job summary

SQUAD Ukraine Limited is seeking a highly organized Trials Manager to lead testing and validation across development stages, establishing robust QA processes and aligning cross-functional teams to drive products from concept to release.

You will coordinate certification testing, report milestones, and maintain trial records while collaborating with engineering, product, QA, and external teams. Advanced English and 2+ years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven program or project management experience driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
Solid understanding of the product launch lifecycle from concepts to mass production.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets and Excel for reporting and tracking.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical decision-making in dynamic environments.
Accountability, proactive mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to document processes and certification requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate certification testing for connected products across development stages.
Participate in project meetings to discuss certification progress and trial outcomes.
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and external certification teams to align on requirements and resolve integration issues.
Report on certification status compared to milestones and timelines.
Create, update, and maintain certification documentation and trial records.
Follow certification program guidelines and trademark usage standards.
Identify, analyze, and document certification failures with reproduction steps and expected behavior.
Analyze trial results and provide recommendations for improving product integration quality.
Ensure products meet certification requirements before badge approval and skill publishing.
Research certification requirements and best practices to enhance the certification process.
