Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA in Łódź is seeking a Transportation Planner to execute transport plans aligned with customer requirements, safety, quality and service standards, and to manage transport costs within budget. You will collaborate with production, warehousing and carriers across Europe, use SAP and TMS tools, and drive improvements in OTIF, efficiency and cost control.

The role requires 3+ years in transportation and proficiency in English and French; a bachelor’s degree is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Transport, Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Transportation and/or Distribution.
• Strong proficiency in English and French – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan transports based on safety and quality standards.
• Organize outbound transportation on daily schedule and create transport orders.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Quality and Production Planning to ensure timely loading and delivery.
