Job summary

The role requires a Master’s in accounting/finance, at least two years in a similar SSC/BPO, strong P2P knowledge, English fluency and French at an intermediate level; SAP experience and advanced Excel are essential, with hybrid work and an 18-month contract.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in SSC/BPO.
- Strong knowledge of Purchase to Pay processes.
- Fluency in English; French at an intermediate level.
- SAP knowledge is required; OCR/VIM is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills; detail-oriented with strong analytics.
- Teamwork and effective communication; adaptable in changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor documents.
- Handle vendor and business queries.
- Monitor open vendor balances and related activities.
- Monitor blocked invoices.
- Resolve issues to enable outgoing payments.
- Perform GR/IR activities.
- Deliver KPI-driven productivity and quality.
- Conduct monthly and yearly close activities.
