Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead end-to-end HR process transitions from local sites to the HEINEKEN HBS Centre. You will plan, schedule, document, and monitor transition deliverables, ensuring alignment with global standards and quality reviews.

You will coordinate with Transition Managers and senior stakeholders, manage risks, and drive closure of actions while maintaining strong governance over SOPs and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in HR/Management or related studies.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR.
• End-to-end understanding of HR processes.
• Experience with SOPs, process documentation and governance.
• Exposure to shared services / GBS transitions.
• Knowledge of transition methodology.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Risk and dependency management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with senior global stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills.

• Proven change, transition and transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan transitions in detail, including SOPs, gap analysis, KPIs and deliverables.
• Provide feedback on service design and solution documentation.
• Coordinate transitions from local sites to HEINEKEN HBS Centre.
• Manage KT Team and oversee transition plans and trackers.
• Collaborate with Transition Managers and local site management.
• Monitor and report transition progress.
• Resolve transition issues and document risks with mitigation plans.
• Link HEINEKEN HBS Centre Knowledge Transfer Team with stakeholders during transition.
• Ensure documentation of local processes and quality review.
• Ensure successful delivery of transition outputs and Toll Gates.
• Apply transition methodology to all phases and completion.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• planning individual transitions in detail, including identification and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, required tasks & scope of processes to be transitioned (SOPs, Gap analysis, Sol ID, change impact analysis, validate KPIs)
• providing feedback to Transition Manager/s on service design & solution documentation
• coordinating and successfully managing the transition of processes in scope from the local site/s into the HEINEKEN HBS Centre
• managing KT Team on transition deliverables by overseeing Integrated Transition Plans & trackers, as well as monitoring KT progress and documentation
• collaborating with Transition Manager/s and local site management
• monitoring and reporting transition progress
• resolving transitions issues, documenting risks and creating mitigation plans
• providing a link during transition between the HEINEKEN HBS Centre Knowledge Transfer Team, Senior Level Management, Transition Manager, other stakeholders
• ensuring the appropriate documentation of the local processes, including providing a quality review of documentation
• ensuring successful delivery of transition outputs, including Toll Gates and delivery of each Transition
• ensuring correct application of transition methodology to each transition phase and the overall transition completion

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

• Bachelor/Master's degree in HR/Management or other related studies
• minimum of 5-6 years of experience in HR function
