HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a seasoned Change & Program Manager to lead governance across delivery pillars, shaping plans and enabling strategic change within our organisation.

You will design change interventions, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and drive communications and training to support priorities and culture.

With 5+ years of experience in complex projects, you will influence stakeholders, balance standard vs customised programs, and foster an inclusive, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in complex projects delivering program governance and change interventions
  • Facilitating governance cycles, influencing stakeholders and managing change initiatives
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate voice of the customer into actions
  • Experience with complex change projects and root-cause analysis
  • Exceptional communication, active listening and presentation skills
  • Influencing and negotiation with stakeholders outside the programme
  • Ability to balance standard vs customised programs
  • Strong team player with cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance across delivery pillars and manage overall program planning
  • Integrate plan changes and derogations within governance cycle
  • Document and follow up risks and issues with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate resolution of scope, time, risk and resources
  • Design change management strategy and plan aligned with corporate culture
  • Apply structured HEINEKEN Change Approach and lead end-to-end activities
  • Provide insight on ongoing activities to support prioritisation decisions
  • Identify stakeholders and develop effective engagement plans
  • Embed change into sustainable organisational culture
  • Design and deliver communication strategy for stakeholders
  • Prepare actionable communications for different groups
  • Initiate ad hoc communication when needed
  • Design and develop training strategy and deliver trainings
  • Coordinate internal communication, meetings and engagement
  • Share knowledge and good practices across pillars

Your responsibilities would include:

  • driving overall program planning & governance cycle throughout the assigned delivery pillars
  • integrating the program plan changes & derogations as part of the governance cycle
  • documenting and following up resolution of delivery pillars’ risks and issues with key stakeholders
  • coordinating resolution of the project constraints of scope, time, risk and resources
  • creating change management strategy and plan for the delivery pillars in alignment with the overall strategy and culture
  • applying a structured methodology (P3M / HEINEKEN Change Approach) and lead end-to-end change management activities as per design
  • providing insight on the department ongoing activities & projects to the appropriate stakeholders in order to support and secure the decision making on priorities
  • identifying stakeholders at all stages and levels of the delivery pillars and define an effective stakeholder engagement plan
  • driving the embedding of change into sustainable standing organisation (linked to culture)
  • designing, developing and driving the communication strategy
  • creating and preparing actionable communication towards different stakeholders
  • initiating ad hoc communication efforts when necessary
  • designing and developing the training strategy upon need
  • leading or coordinate the creation and delivery of trainings to stakeholders
  • facilitating internal communication, team meetings and engagement
  • sharing knowledge and good practices across the delivery pillars
  • ensuring organisational learning and capability building by designing good practice generic materials
  • being a change management ambassador and promote change & growth mindset.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of working experience in complex projects developing and delivering program management and governance activities, delivering change plans and communications, and designing change interventions
  • demonstrated work experience in facilitating and guiding project management governance cycles change initiatives, influencing team stakeholders, experience with different communication methods and styles
  • customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives
  • experience working within and implementing complex change projects, problem-solving skills that use techniques to identify the root cause of the issue
  • exceptional communication (verbal, written & presentation) skills and excellent active listening skills
  • influencing and effective negotiation skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders outside the Programme and getting their support for initiatives
  • ability to balance standard vs customised program and stakeholder needs
  • outstanding team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles, flexible and adaptable
  • abiltyto work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity, shifting priorities and time pressure, proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue
  • fluency in English.
