HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is looking for an R&D Computational Fluid Dynamics Associate Engineer to join our team in Lodz. This role focuses on creating analytical tools for fluid-dynamic analysis in transformers and reactors, ensuring compliance with performance standards.

The ideal candidate has a PhD or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, strong CFD experience, and excellent communication skills. Collaboration across our global research network is essential, alongside a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics and thermo-mechanical simulations.
• Advanced proficiency in numerical methods for thermodynamic and heat transfer simulations.
• Ability to develop custom thermal or thermal-hydraulic solvers.

Responsabilités

• Create and improve analytical tools for thermo-fluid dynamic analysis.
• Propose technical solutions for transformers and reactors.
• Conduct experimental campaigns to validate technical solutions.
