Job summary

Aon Kraków is looking for a proactive professional to join our hybrid team, helping us improve how we operate and make smarter, data‑driven decisions. You will work with cross‑functional colleagues to streamline workflows, clarify processes and deliver measurable impact.

You’ll manage projects from scope through delivery, coordinate activities, review processes for inefficiencies and map workflows with clear diagrams to support transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, process improvement or operational roles
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into recommendations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• A proactive and improvement‑focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage projects related to process improvement, cost efficiency and operational effectiveness, from scope definition through delivery
• Coordinate project activities, support resource planning and track progress to ensure milestones are achieved
• Partner with stakeholders to review current processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities
• Document processes using clear process maps and flowcharts to support transparency and alignment
• Apply Lean and basic Six Sigma principles, including root cause analysis, to support improvement initiatives
• Define and monitor KPIs, using data to assess performance and highlight trends
• Present insights and recommendations that support informed decision‑making
