Aon Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Human Capital Programme / Transformation Manager to lead strategic programmes across Human Capital, Operations and Technology in a hybrid setup. You will align stakeholders, manage governance, and drive sustainable change across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex programmes in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong governance, reporting, risk and dependency management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around shared objectives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills across organisational levels.
• Experience in Benefits, Workforce Solutions, professional services, consulting or financial services is advantageous. Certifications such as PMP/MSP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe are beneficial.

• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans and roadmaps with milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
• Build relationships with collaborators across Human Capital, Operations, Technology and leadership teams.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
• Support implementation of process improvements and new operating practices.
• Coach and support project managers and contribute to continuous improvement across Human Capital.

What the day will look like

As a Human Capital Programme / Transformation Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic programmes and transformation initiatives that support Human Capital priorities. Working across Human Capital, Operations, Technology and business teams, you will help translate strategy into execution while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment and sustainable change.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading complex programmes and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and business outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining integrated programme plans, delivery roadmaps and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing programme dependencies, risks, issues and escalations.
• Building positive relationships with collaborators across Human Capital, Operations, Technology, and business leadership teams.
• Facilitating governance forums, steering committees and decision-making discussions while providing clear programme reporting and recommendations.
• Supporting the implementation of process improvements and transformation initiatives that enhance business performance and ways of working.
• Driving adoption of new operating practices and promoting programme and project management best practices.
• Coaching and supporting project managers and workstream leads, sharing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement across the Human Capital function.

• Strong programme governance, reporting, risk management and dependency management expertise.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and align diverse teams around shared objectives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at different organisational levels.
• Experience within Benefits, Workforce Solutions, professional services, consulting, insurance or financial services environments would be advantageous. Programme management certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or SAFe are also beneficial.
