Job summary

Netguru is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end discovery, translate business needs into testable requirements, and map complex processes. You will partner with executive and technical teams to design scalable solutions and guide presales activities.

You will validate feasibility, oversee BPMN/UML mapping, and ensure delivery aligns with business ROI, while collaborating across ERP, CRM, CMS, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT / Technical BA roles across multiple industries.
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale, multi-system integration projects.
• Strong background in digital product delivery from discovery to launch.
• Experience in solution discovery, concept development, and presales activities.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end discovery from stakeholder interviews to technical deep dives.
• Map processes and systems (BPMN, UML) to spot gaps and optimisation opportunities.
• Identify integration points across ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, data platforms.
• Lead requirements capture in presales and RFP processes; shape proposals.
