Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is hiring a Junior Shareholder Services Representative in the Alternatives Department in Kraków. This entry-level role supports the team with investor queries and periodic reporting, thriving in a client-focused environment.

The role requires BA/BS or equivalent, excellent English communication, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A numbers-oriented, organized mindset and strong written/presentational skills are also needed.

• Identify problems at an early stage and escalated as necessary.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Shareholder Services Representative in the Alternatives Department. The position in the Alternatives Department is an entry level role responsible for assisting other team members with the processing of investor queries and preparing periodic reporting. As the Shareholder Services team is responsible for client’s Investor experience, a curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment is required to succeed in this role.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Provide support to the team in establishing solid client contact through prompt follow-up;
