Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking a Junior Shareholder Services Representative in the Alternatives Department. This entry-level role supports the team with investor queries and periodic reporting, while building experience in client relations and transfer agency operations.

In a hybrid setting (3 days in the office, 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old), you will learn processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to delivering high-quality service to clients

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills with English as a must.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
• Aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Shareholder Services Representative in the Alternatives Department. The position in the Alternatives Department is an entry level role responsible for assisting other team members with the processing of investor queries and preparing periodic reporting. As the Shareholder Services team is responsible for client’s Investor experience, a curiosity and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment is required to succeed in this role.
