Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Training Specialist to own end-to-end leadership development programs for managers and above. You will design, run and optimize leadership training, collaborate with internal leaders and external vendors, and drive talent pipeline building with data-based reviews.

Deliver full-cycle leadership projects, develop materials with executives, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and track KPIs to drive improvements while creating a reusable content library.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years corporate L&D / training experience; leadership or HiPo programs preferred.
• Strong project management skills, multitasking, event detail control.
• Confident, professional communication with mid to senior managers.
• Basic data analysis to measure training effectiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word); good report writing.
• Working English is a plus; basic video/graphic editing skills are a plus.

Your responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to own end to end leadership development programmes for managers and above. You will design, run and optimise management training, high potential talent workshops and leadership events, collaborate with internal leaders and external vendors, and drive talent pipeline building with data based reviews.
• Deliver full cycle leadership projects: planning, participant coordination, on site execution and post event review.
• Develop and update leadership training materials; work with executives and external facilitators on curriculum design.
• Communicate and align with managers and senior stakeholders for cross department resource support.
• Track training KPIs (attendance, satisfaction, completion rate), write regular review reports and propose improvements.
• Manage internal executive facilitators and external training vendors.
• Build project SOPs, file training documents, videos and records for long term reuse.

Our requirements

• At least 5 years corporate L&D / training working experience; hands on experience with leadership or HiPo programmes preferred.
• Strong project management skills, good at multi task handling and event detail control.
• Confident and professional communication with mid to senior level managers.
• Basic data analysis ability to measure training effectiveness.
• Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word); good report writing capability.
• Working English is a plus; basic video / graphic editing skills are a plus.
• High EQ, strong sense of responsibility, service minded and able to work under pressure.
