Job summary

SHEIN Poland is seeking an experienced 3PL Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in a large-scale warehouse. You will manage KPI-driven performance, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes and teams.

The role requires leadership, cost-control mindset, and strong collaboration with the 3PL partner. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with growth opportunities at SHEIN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience managing medium to large warehouses (600+ operators).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and WMS/TMS systems; knowledge of lean tools.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for daily management and operations in the assigned areas based on KPI’s: Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost.
• Real-time monitoring and prompt resolution of on-site problems and equipment issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and enhance warehouse processes and regulations to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Allocate manpower and resources to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution; implement 6S and lean improvements.
• Develop and empower team members and foster a positive team culture.
• Adapt work schedule to cover alternate day and night shifts as required.

We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Poland. 3PL Senior Warehouse Supervisor will support the day-to-day management of third-party warehouse operations within an assigned area, ensuring smooth execution, strong service levels, and efficient delivery. This role focuses on operational supervision, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in cooperation with the 3PL partner.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Fully responsible for the daily management and operations in the assigned areas based on specific KPI’s: Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost.
• Real-time monitoring of all processes, promptly reporting and resolving on-site problems and equipment issues to ensure business runs smoothly.

2. Process Improvement

• Implement and enhance warehouse operational processes and regulations to maintain high quality and efficiency standards.

3. Resource Allocation

• Allocate manpower and other resources based on business needs, optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.

4. Cross-Department Communication

• Responsible for communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Implement 6S practices and lean improvement initiatives, continuously optimizing operational processes.

6. Team Building

• Responsible for team development, systematically cultivating and empowering team members.

7. Team Culture

• Foster a positive and healthy team culture to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2. Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale warehouses (600+ operators).

3. Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.
• Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement.
• Ability to work alternate day and night shifts as required.

4. Software Proficiency

• Skilled in Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software.
• Familiar with WMS/TMS systems.

• Lean Management: Proficiency in 6S, Kaizen, or other lean tools to independently manage lean improvement projects within the warehouse.
• Cost Management: Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Team Development: Effective at motivating and managing team performance for continuous improvement.
• Experience with 3PL management.
