Job summary

SHEIN is seeking an experienced air cargo operations professional to manage European cargo station communications and solve timely issues. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, coordination with airlines and customs, and optimizing timeliness across Europe.

You will work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural logistics environment requiring strong English communication, travel readiness, and a proactive, meticulous approach to operations and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in air cargo industry; understand operation processes.
• Experience in training in air transport industry (inspections, AWB, SITA, Load service, Dangerous Goods).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to solve problems from multiple links.
• Results-oriented and collaborative; capable of navigating cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in English; a second language (e.g., French, Dutch, German) recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with cargo stations in Europe and resolve abnormal situations promptly.
• Promote system data connections with service providers; analyze data and identify issues.
• Monitor supplier timeliness; identify problems and propose optimization plans.
• Maintain friendly communication with upstream airlines and downstream customs clearance suppliers.
• Propose optimization plans for European operation timeliness and own timeliness performance.
• Accurately locate and solve causes of abnormal goods in a timely manner.
• Provide real-time customs insights across ports in Europe for decision-making.
• Collaborate well with this team and other teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with various cargo stations in Europe, and solve abnormal situations and problems in a timely manner.
• Promote system data connection with service providers. Analyze data and identify problems.
• Monitor supplier timeliness, quickly identify problems, and propose optimization plans.
• Maintain friendly communication and collaboration with upstream airlines and downstream customs clearance suppliers.
• Can propose optimization plans for the operation timeliness of European countries and be responsible for the timeliness performance.
• For abnormal goods, the cause of the problem can be accurately located and solved in time.
• Real-time understanding and analysis of customs affairs and changes at various ports in Europe, providing real-time information for company decision-making.
• Able to cooperate well with this team and other teams.

Job Requirements:

• More than three years’ experience in the air cargo industry. Understand the operation process and details of air transportation.
• Have experience in training in the air transport industry. (eg, Custom inspections/customs documentation training, AWB preparation training, SITA telex traffic training, Load service training, Dangerous Goods training, etc.)
• Have good communication and coordination skills. Can find the problem from many links and provide a reasonable solution.
• Results-oriented and good at teamwork. Ability to navigate cross-cultural teamwork.
• Serious, meticulous, and responsible.
• Proficiency in English as a working language, a second language is strongly recommended (eg, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.).
• Have a driver's license from an EU country and can travel frequently.
