Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a dedicated HR Operations professional based in Poland to enhance HR processes and manage benefits and data reporting. The role requires fluency in Polish and English, and 3+ years in HR SSC/HR operations.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance and efficient operations across office functions. The position focuses on collaboration across teams, attendance management, and continuous process improvements, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and service

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English required.
• 3+ years in HR SSC/HR operations; HR project experience is a plus.
• Experience in logistics/warehouses is a plus.
• Strong communication, service orientation, attention to detail, and stress resilience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Improve HR processes and drive process optimization.
• Support benefits operations including enrollment and resignations.
• Deliver HR-related training with cross-functional teams.
• Support supervisors with HR compliance matters.
• Prepare basic operational data analysis reports for management.
• Calculate and manage attendance and communicate policies.
• Coordinate tasks with the HR Manager and report progress.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Improve HR processes: Participate in process optimization, propose improvement suggestions, and assist in driving implementation. Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate information flow and task progress.
• Benefits operation: support team on benefits operations include benefits (Luxmed, NN, PPK, etc.) enrollment and resignation
• Deliver HR related training: cooperate with related team members to deliver attendance training, system training, etc.
• Compliance Management: Support supervisors in confirming and managing HR compliance matters to ensure that all HR activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Basic data reporting and analysis：Prepare basic operational data analysis reports to support management decision-making.
• Calculate and manage attendance: compute working hours, implement and communicate attendance policies.
• Collaborate with Manager: coordinate tasks, report progress and execute activities according to Manager’s guidance.
• Other tasks: perform additional duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Work split

• This role will not support all of the functions mentioned above, once onboard, the work will split based on business volume. Candidate will be able to handle 2~3 function mentioned above.

Requiremets

• Fluent Polish and English.
• Experience 3+ years in HR SSC / HR operations; HR project experience is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics/warehouses is a plus.
• Strong communication, service orientation, attention to detail, stress resilience, proficiency in MS Office.
