Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Facility Maintenance Specialist to manage and maintain our warehouse facilities at Kąty Wrocławskie. You will support warehouse operations by keeping electrical systems, safety equipment, and overall infrastructure in excellent condition, while leading small teams across locations.

The position requires an engineering degree, 3+ years in warehouse facilities or manufacturing, SEP G1 certification, and strong Polish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse facility, logistics, or manufacturing/operations.
• SEP G1 >1 kV (SEP G1 < 1kV minimum)
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and warehouse infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Polish warehouse/manufacturing operations and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• Strong support to logistic operations in warehouses
• Manage maintenance of mainly electrical systems and also Fire protection, security, HVAC, Water
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and building inspection process
• Support for loss prevention program in warehouses
• Ensure compliance with Polish HSE regulations
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety training
• Manage small size expansions projects (electrical/hydraulic installations), renovations, and facility conditions
• Supervise vendors and monitor performance
• Develop and oversee facility budgets, identifying cost savings
• Implement energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainability initiatives
• Managing small teams of technics in few different warehouse locations

Our requirements

• Engineer degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse facility, logistics, or manufacturing / operations
