Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Warsaw is seeking a Trainee, Lease Accounting to assist analysts in preparing recurring reports and analyzing client portfolios from an accounting perspective, applying IFRS 16 and ASC 842.

We offer a civil contract (umowa zlecenie) and the option to work remotely from home or from our Warsaw office near Rondo Daszyńskiego. Strong Excel skills and communicative English are required, with clear development opportunities at a global real estate leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or final-year student.
• Communicative English (at least B2 level).
• Good knowledge of basic Excel formulas and functions (COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• IFRS 16 knowledge is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support analysts in preparing recurring reports from an accounting perspective.
• Assist in client and team communication.
• Collect, validate, and verify data for recurring reporting.
• Support ad hoc data requests from internal and external clients.
• Assist daily accounting processes for different clients.
