Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, a leading real estate services firm, seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant for the JBS business line in Warsaw. The role supports European AP processes in a shared services environment, ensuring timely invoice processing and accurate ledgers.

You will liaise with vendors, perform reconciliations, and uphold SLAs while working in a hybrid Warsaw Spire workspace with opportunities for growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English are required for internal and external communication.
• Experience in accounting, preferably in a shared service center or large financial organization.
• Good understanding of accounts payable practices and Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft or another ERP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure bank reconciliation for outgoing payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor contacts and communications via phone/email.
• Provide superior service to internal clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with AP controlled accounts reconciliation and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate daily with team members in Poland and India.
