Job summary

ABB is strengthening its Global Trade Finance Development Center in Kraków. The role delivers end-to-end processing of guarantees and related instruments while driving process improvements and expert guidance for internal teams and banks.

Hybrid work Model is offered within a global center of expertise, with opportunities to grow in a multinational environment. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions and contribute to risk management in daily trade finance operations,

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of Treasury experience, focused on trade finance operations.
University degree in Finance, Banking, Treasury or Economics is required.
Solid understanding of trade finance instruments; URDG/UCP knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel and Windows applications; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

End-to-end processing of guarantees and counter-guarantees in trade finance.
Identify process improvements to reduce risks and increase efficiency.
Provide expert operational support to internal business units and banks.
Act as SME and point of reference for process-related questions within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure high-quality delivery.
