Job summary

ABB seeks a Procurement Team Leader to manage a functional work team responsible for transactional purchasing, e-sourcing, data management, and reporting. You will lead stakeholder relationships, ensure timely delivery and compliance with procedures, and drive continuous improvement in cost and process efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in procurement and at least 3 years in team leadership, with English at C1. SAP SCM and SAP Ariba SLP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years in procurement.
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership.
• English at C1 level; additional languages a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SCM and SAP Ariba is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement team to deliver transactional purchasing, sourcing, data management, and reporting.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met and budgets are monitored.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe Operation Center to align priorities and deliver results.

Each day, you will ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures.
