Job summary

3M in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst for Global Logistics to help coordinate and optimize trade document creation and review across air, ocean, and land shipments. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of customs operations and certificate management.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in global trade compliance or logistics, fluent English, and SAP ERP experience; Spanish is a plus, and strong analytical skills are

Responsibilities

• Support regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities.
• Act as a subject matter resource for team members by providing operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Provide end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations activities.
