Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (APAC & EMEA) to drive regional integration efforts with Unilever Foods. You will partner with internal teams and providers to support country-level analyses, readiness planning and harmonization across APAC and EMEA.

You will translate design decisions into practical implementation plans, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution across multiple countries with strong stakeholder collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation or HR project delivery in a multinational
• Experience across multiple countries or regions and understanding of local market practices
• Strong knowledge of country-level Benefits and Total Rewards programs, including plan reviews and policy documentation
• Ability to translate integration decisions into practical readiness plans and materials

Responsibilities

• Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis and documentation
• Create inventories of Benefits and Total Rewards programs to aid planning
• Develop Day 1 readiness packs, checklists and implementation plans
• Track decisions, risks, actions and owners for governance and execution
• Coordinate with regional Total Rewards leaders on policy updates and communications
• Support post-Day 1 harmonization and country rollout of compensation program changes
