Job summary

Danone Warsaw is seeking a Product Analyst for Total Rewards to ensure campaign delivery readiness, configuration activities, data administration and testing. You will coordinate consultants and Agile rituals while maintaining a reliable delivery backlog and dashboards.

The role involves collaborating with the Product Owner and Senior Product Analyst to translate ready stories into controlled delivery, with increasing ownership over configuration activities within guardrails.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating consultants and technical contributors.
• Hands-on experience reviewing SAP SuccessFactors configurations and performing data administration.
• Experience supporting HR campaigns or SAP SuccessFactors delivery is a strong asset.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation and delivery tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational delivery of Rewards initiatives, enhancements and campaign activities.
• Monitor workload, timeline, risks, blockers, dependencies and quality of deliverables.
• Maintain the backlog management tool and ensure it is the single source of truth for delivery follow-up.
• Prepare and execute testing, release readiness and related documentation.
