Danone Poland is seeking a Senior IT & Data Product Analyst to act as the Core HR Delivery Lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will coordinate run, projects, enhancements, incidents, and releases while aligning priorities and stakeholders across HR, IT, and data teams.

The role requires leadership, delivery coordination, and HRIS expertise in a global, multicultural environment. English fluency is essential; Polish or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Deep understanding of core HR processes and lifecycle.
• Proven delivery coordination and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel in a complex international environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of integration, access, reporting, and data impacts in HRIS.
• Fluent in English; French/Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the delivery lead for Core HR topics on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Coordinate Core HR run, enhancements, incidents, releases, and project activities.
• Ensure clear prioritization, planning, follow-up, and status reporting across Core HR.
• Serve as main contact for Core HR topics with HR, IT, integration, data teams, vendors, and other ITHR teams.
• Coordinate work of Core HR internal experts and external consultants.
• Secure quality and consistency of delivered solutions per data model and standards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, workload issues, and escalate as needed.
• Lead or contribute to Core HR transformation initiatives and governance improvements.
• Support Senior Product Owner in roadmap, priorities, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure delivery is documented and understandable by the wider team.
