Job summary
TheSoul Group seeks an E-commerce & Affiliate Monetization Lead to own our monetization direction across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, Shopify, and other major channels. This hands-on ownership role requires piloting experiments, building tracking and attribution infrastructure, and partnering with platform teams to drive revenue and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications
- Experience with multiple commerce ecosystems (YouTube Shopping, Meta, Amazon Associates, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Instagram Shop).
- Proven monetization of high-volume social traffic via e-commerce or affiliate models.
- End-to-end commerce integrations implementation, not just account management.
- Strong communication with senior leadership and brand clients.
Responsibilities
- Own e-commerce and affiliate monetization direction end-to-end.
- Configure and launch integrations across major social platforms.
- Monitor revenue, RPM, conversion, attribution.
- Document playbooks and scalable workflows.
- Define team structure and lead future growth.
