Duomo is building a leading Christian-tech app and seeks a motivated Trainee / Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to scale our creator program on TikTok. You’ll work with US-based Christian creators, manage the full journey from outreach to published video, and bring fresh ideas for new formats.

You’ll join a focused marketing team, receive mentorship, and grow from Trainee to Junior with increasing ownership.

Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher, comfortable writing to US creators
• Strong understanding of TikTok formats, sounds, and hooks
• Clear, structured writing for briefs that creators understand immediately
• Excellent attention to detail in inboxes, trackers, and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Find relevant Christian creators on TikTok and reach out via email and DM
• Lead conversations with creators up to a signed contract, answer questions and collect stats
• Hand over clear briefs: format, hook, sound, posting frequency
• Monitor brief compliance, posting schedules, and track video performance
• Follow TikTok trends and competitor content, and generate hypotheses for new formats
