Job summary

Admitad is seeking a Creator Manager to identify and engage content creators across social platforms, guiding them to post and earn via our network. You’ll onboard creators, set up brand links, publish content, and drive verified sales while coaching creators through performance data.

The role is fully remote, flexible hours (1–2 focused hours daily), with no prior experience required. We welcome students, homemakers, SMM freelancers, and career-switchers alike.

• Active presence on social platforms and ability to spot promising creators.
• Confident, friendly communication in DMs/WhatsApp; English or regional languages a plus.

Now we’re looking for a Creator Manager to discover content creators across social platforms and build clear communication with them to help them post and earn.

What You'll Do

• Onboard creators to the platform via your personal referral link;
• Get creators fully set up with their brand links this month;
• Get publications live across your portfolio — on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond;
• Get those publications to generate a confirmed sale;
• Train and coach your creators using real performance data from your dashboard: what to post, what converts, what to improve;
• Grow a roster that generates recurring results — for your creators and for you.

What We Expect

• You’re active on social platforms like Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, and can tell a promising creator from a pretty feed;
• Confident, friendly communication in DMs and on WhatsApp (English or regional languages a plus);
• Self-driven: this is a flexible remote role — 1–2 focused hours a day is a solid start;
• No prior experience required — students, homemakers, SMM freelancers and career-switchers all welcome.
