• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher for writing to US creators.
• Native feel for TikTok formats, sounds, and hooks.
• Ability to turn a creative idea into a clear brief.
• Strong attention to detail in inbox, trackers, and deadlines.
• Experience using Google Sheets and Notion to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Find relevant Christian creators on TikTok and reach out via email and DM.
• Lead conversations with creators up to signed contracts and close deals.
• Deliver clear briefs: format, hook, sound, posting frequency.
• Monitor brief compliance, posting schedules, and video performance; track trends.
