TikTok Inc. in Warsaw is seeking a Creator Operations Graduate (TikTok Shop EU New Market) to join our team.

You will grow and nurture creators through one-to-one and community-wide management, and help shape quarterly operation plans to boost content production and earnings on our eCommerce platform. You will organize activities for creators, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with brands to build partnerships to drive healthy platform growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fast learner and hands-on oriented—able to move things forward.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming.

Aufgaben

• Growing and nurturing creators via one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
• Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase content production diligence and earning potential on eCommerce Platform.
• Organize activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies online and offline.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth.
• Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth.
• Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators.
• Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders internally and externally.
• Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
