Job summary

SYSTEM West Virginia University Health System is seeking a dedicated IT Support Analyst to provide first level support for network services and infrastructure across WVUHS facilities. You will act as the onsite representative for Tier 2/3 engineers, handling networking, server, and application issues with a focus on reliability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in networking and server platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT and network support for WVUHS facilities and affiliates.
• Under supervision, assist with data networking equipment and server issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 2/3 engineers and document issues in ticketing system.
• Support application delivery and user access to systems.
• Maintain network infrastructure documentation and participate in change management.
