Job summary

Philips in Warsaw, Poland is offering a Tender & Contract Operations Intern role for 12 months (6+6). You will support the Tender Team in the bidding process, ensuring proper validation of third-party components and registration of service contracts, while aligning with internal processes.

The role is for students in 3rd year or master's, fluent in English and Polish, with at least 30 hours per week. In-person collaboration is expected, with flexible hours to fit university schedules and a civil

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of sales contracts and public procurement law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Team in the bidding process and validate third‑party components.
• Assist in processes to initiate registration of third parties.
• Support in service contract registration and related tasks.

Job Description

As an Intern in the Tender & Quote Team you will have an opportunity to implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day‑to‑day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.

Your Role

• You will support the Tender Team in the bidding process as a member of the team responsible for properly validating third-party components delivered to the Customer
• You will participate in 3rd parties process to initiate request for 3rd parties registration
• You will support the Tneder Team in serive contract registration

You're The Right Fit If

• You are a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies or a Master's student
• You are fluent in English and Polish language both verbal and written
• Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week
• Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement could be a plus
