Job summary

Philips International in Warsaw offers a 12‑month Key Account Intern role to support daily sales, customer cooperation, and marketing projects within a global health technology company. You will gain hands‑on experience working with healthcare customers.

You will coordinate specialists, organize trainings, prepare certificates, assist with visits, translate materials, and support pricing descriptions and customer proposals. Fluent English and Polish plus MS Office are required.

Qualifications

  • Student pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field, able to work at least 30h/week.
  • Fluent in English and Polish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • First professional experience in a similar role is a plus.

Key Account Intern (all genders)

As an Intern you will support daily activities related to sales, customer cooperation, and marketing projects. This role is a great opportunity to learn how the medical technology business works and to gain hands‑on experience in working with healthcare customers.

Your role:
  • Coordinate the work of MR, CT, DXR, and EI Application Specialists.
  • Organize and schedule application trainings with customers.
  • Prepare and issue certificates upon completion of training programs.
  • Provide logistical and organizational support for reference visits in Poland and abroad.
  • Translate marketing materials for the supported modalities.
  • Prepare descriptions for pricing information and customer proposal materials.
  • Provide administrative support related to project execution and the activities of the DI department.
  • Support the preparation and processing of Handshake agreements between the Sales Team and Project Management Team.
You're the right fit if:
  • You are a student of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, being able to work at least 30h/ week.
  • You are fluent in English & Polish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You possess a good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • First professional experience in a similar role would be a great asset.
