EXANTE Limited seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader for Corporate Services and Technology. This role blends hands-on recruitment with day‑to‑day leadership of a team of TA Managers, balancing personal hiring with coaching and delivery.

You will drive end-to-end sourcing across software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture, while building team capability and sharing market insights with stakeholders to shorten time‑to‑hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership exposure.
• In-house corporate TA or executive search experience.
• Proven hands-on recruiting for Corporate Services and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Carry own requisition load for IT and technology roles, end-to-end recruitment.
• Source, engage, and assess technology candidates using direct approaches, referrals, and professional networks.
• Lead, coach, and drive delivery against hiring targets for a TA team.
