Job summary

Uncover is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own the full-cycle hiring for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles. You will build and manage direct sourcing pipelines, qualify candidates credibly, and drive offers through to acceptance.

You will collaborate with senior decision-makers, shaping how technical hiring works as part of a growing TA function. This remote role welcomes applicants from multiple European countries, including Poland.

Qualifications

• Progression from agency or hands-on sourcing into in-house technical recruiting with clear ownership.
• Sourcing where you built pipelines, qualified candidates, managed stakeholders, and closed hires.
• Enough technical depth to explain how your current or previous company builds and ships software.
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and evidence of actions changing them.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end search from brief to accepted offer for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles.
• Direct sourcing and proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Assess candidate relevance, drive timely decisions, and lead offer conversations through acceptance.
• Present clear evidence to hiring managers when profile or interview processes need to change.
