ALTEN Polska in Kraków is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide first-line technical support for video surveillance and security solutions, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT Support or help desk, is comfortable remote support, and communicates well in English.

Key Responsibilities:
