Tasks:
- Industrialization and implementation of new electronic products and solid-state lighting solutions, with a particular focus on hardware production and development.
- Commissioning new SMT equipment related to automated vision inspection.
- Implementing new projects on Koh Young SPI, Koh Young AOI, Nikon Geometric Tester and Comet X-Ray equipment.
- Implementing, developing, and continuously improving vision inspection processes, including camera systems, scanners, laser inspection, SPI, AOI, and X-Ray.
- Collaborating with the team responsible for product launch and ensuring that work is completed in accordance with the project schedule.
- Working closely with the R&D department to ensure product productivity and feasibility at an early stage of its development.
- Supporting the development of production and test concepts in accordance with process standards.
- Participate in the selection of equipment and suppliers, as well as in the development of key manufacturing technologies.
- Analyze inspection results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize system parameters.
- Comply with applicable standards for quality, occupational safety, environmental protection, and energy management, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
Requirements:
- A technical college degree, at least a bachelor’s degree or an engineering degree; preferred fields of study: electronics, electrical engineering, physics, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
- Several years of experience in implementing or coordinating technical manufacturing projects.
- Advanced knowledge of automated vision inspection technology.
- Experience in implementing, commissioning, and optimizing SPI, AOI, and X-ray inspection systems.
- Familiarity with inspection systems using cameras, scanners, and lasers.
- Practical experience with Koh Young SPI/AOI equipment, the Nikon Geometric Tester, and Comet X-Ray systems will be a significant advantage.
- Ability to statistically evaluate test results and knowledge of MSA in accordance with VDA.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and SMT manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of DfX, DFMA, and PFMEA tools and methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP.
- Independence, initiative, assertiveness, and highly developed communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for work, especially during the initial phase of a project.
